We prioritize the health and well-being of our Schnauzer puppies, ensuring they are safe, healthy, and free from infections when shipped. Our support doesn’t end after adoption—we continue to provide guidance for a smooth transition. While we are confident in our puppies’ quality, their health also depends on genetics, nutrition, exercise, and daily care.
In the unfortunate event of a puppy’s passing or a severe health condition within the first year, we offer a replacement puppy of equal value at no extra cost, provided a certified veterinary report is submitted.
To help maintain your puppy’s health, we require a licensed vet’s health examination within 10 business days of arrival. With our support and your care, we believe your Schnauzer will thrive and bring joy to your home for years to come.
Failure to schedule regular veterinary checkups for your Schnauzer puppy will void this health guarantee. Please note that this guarantee does not cover expenses related to spaying or neutering, including undescended testicles.
Before shipping, all our puppies undergo a comprehensive health examination conducted by a licensed veterinarian. A Veterinary Health Report is issued for each puppy, ensuring they meet our health standards at the time of travel.
This report is completed on the day of shipping, providing assurance that your puppy is in excellent health upon arrival. If any health concerns arise before departure, the puppy will not be shipped. In such cases, clients may choose to cancel their order or select another puppy.
To maintain this health guarantee, clients must have their newly received Schnauzer puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of arrival.
